We also collect GPS location data during shift check-in/out for attendance verification.

Your information is used to process job applications, manage shift bookings, process payments, verify attendance, communicate with you about opportunities, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security audits. We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal compliance.
4. Data Sharing
We share limited information (name, photo, relevant skills/experience) with event organisers for shift allocation purposes. GPS location data is used solely for attendance verification. We may share data with regulatory authorities as required by UAE law.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update your profile information at any time through the platform. To request data deletion, contact our support team. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
