Rolling Dice Events connects event staff with event organisers. We facilitate the booking, scheduling, and management of event staff across the UAE. Our platform provides tools for job applications, shift management, timesheets, payments, and communication.

2. Staff Commitments

When you apply for a shift on the Rolling Dice platform, you are making a binding commitment to fulfil that shift. Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours of the shift start time) disrupt event operations and may affect future opportunities on the platform. By applying, you confirm that you are available and committed to the full duration of the shift as listed.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile information up to date.

4. Code of Conduct

All staff members are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. This includes punctuality, appropriate dress code compliance, respectful communication, and adherence to event-specific guidelines. Failure to meet these standards may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed based on completed shifts as verified by GPS check-in and check-out records. Rates are as specified per shift at the time of application. Payments are subject to applicable deductions and are processed according to the standard payroll cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rolling Dice Events acts as a platform connecting staff with event organisers. We are not directly liable for any disputes arising between staff and event organisers. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or repeatedly fail to fulfil commitments. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification.
